Useless check out staff!! Was asked for i.d. and the woman at the checkout was so stupid that she couldn't work out how i was well over 18 years old if i was born in 1992. You would expect someone working at the till to have some basic mathematics skills... not at asda!Also check-out staff chatting to regular customers they know (you know the ones that have breeding multiple children as their fulltime job) even after they been served is rather frustrating when you are waiting behind only to buy a couple of items. Retrain your staff or lose your customers asda.
customer service here has gone down the drain!asked a lady on the hot counter about the allergens in a product and give me a one word moody answer! i would or liked more information on this but felt i couldnt ask as she was moody! rude person!
The biggest local supermarket offering a job to a number of local people! No significant differences to other supermarkets! Hope more and more local people do their shopping here rather than outside Gorseinon! Plenty of car park spaces, big variety of products and overall good customer service! 4 stars instead of 5 because same as all supermarkets, they could further decrease their prices...
Very clean with mostly well stocked shelves and friendly, helpful staff. Good access to parking, with a petrol station conveniently located across the street. Decent clothes and homeware sections.
