Very friendly staff ! But we are on our 2nd "Brand new caravan..and having to have it taken in to the workshop 2018 model..we site our tourer it's never moved ,but it's going in to the workshop for repair as the wheel arch is damaged but it has cost us money to pay for it to be transferred to the workshop for no fault of our own.The plastic makeup around the ceiling window has dropped, been like this from new.We had the 2nd Brand new caravan because The 1st Brand new Bailey we had ..within months of purchase Bed broke off the rollers 3times and then Boiler packed in ..I would never ever ! Recommend buying from them forgot to mention Have Bern given a new awning for thus year as the new 1 we had water poured in last year !apparently there was a recall of them .

Really helpful and friendly. Came up with a cheap and quick workaround when our non return valve packed up and Truma kindly discontinued. Will remember for anytime we're holidaying this way again.
