25 inspection fee, I think its a rip off. I didn't used their services, the inspection fee gave me the idea of the cost to fix my car will be.
I recently had my 3 week old Audi RS5 repaired in Sinclair body shop Swansea after it was reversed into. It wasnt a right off but it needed a new wing, bonnet, bumper etc. Obviously I was upset having to get a brand new car fixed and was determined to get it back to new condition. Well needless to say I couldnt have been happier with the work that was carried out by these guys. Im not afraid to say Im obsessed about things being perfect and at my first point of contact with Garry I voiced my concerns. Instantly he put my mind at rest by offering me to pop in and take a look at cars that were already being repaired to see the quality. The time Garry spent with me was as far as Im concerned above and beyond what was required. I was kept informed of the progress throughout and upon collection the car was gleaming. I cant thank Garry and his team enough for the care that they took with my baby and without any doubt if ever I have the need to use a body shop again I wont be going anywhere else. 5 stars isnt enough for the service I received. Thank you for everything Jon.
I thought my car came under the paint warranty, but apparently it didn't. I wasn't best pleased about that. A paint chip has started to erode the wind screen.
