Been going there for a years and always been happy with the haircut. Would reccomend!
Firstly the woman( think her name was melissa ) looked dirty her tan was so bad it was like she had been rolling around in dirt, her clothes ( Skirt so short it was like a belt ) where covered in stains all over, hardly acceptable to greet and look after clients she looked like she was in the wrong place. She was not able to give a proper cut as she did not have a shaver so she said shed give a scissors cut which is really not the same, then the final straw was when she kept all of her utensils in a plastic shopping bag on the ground,this has to be said because she clearly doesnt care about her appearance for work(which should be clean and respectable) and how can she keep her utensils in a plastic bag just thrown on the ground i hope management can see this post and deal with the situation because this is a lovely shop and everybody else looks the part there.
My wife had her hair done by georgia she was so upset with the service, firstly she was made to feel she was a hindrance then she described what she would like done and was told that she would dry the hair off and chip into it, my wife and i think that to pay 26.50 the haircut should be done properly. she was rushed (the whole service was 20minutes)i have hairdresser friends and they have all said that the particular hairdresser in question is not good and have looked at my wifes hair and said its the worst cut they have ever seen. If you are gonna go to this salon DO NOT BOOK WITH GEORGIA we both have friends that go to other stylists( at personal image ) and they are very happy YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Had color and haircut, color applied to only one side of my head and hairdresser could not cut my hair the same length, I had to take scissors and cut them myself this morning!!!!Also shampooing was painful and hardly any conditioner applied, my hair were electric and then badly styled!Paid way too much! I am so silly, I am too embarrassed to ask but should have complained and ask for a reduction because 52 is way too much for that kind of style!I could have done it myself it would have been better!I will not go back!
