Beautiful food. Done out very nice. Lovely staff. Recommended.
Despite visiting this popular carvery serving venue on a very busy lunchtime, it proved a highly satisfying experience. With all tables fully occupied in the dining area, opting to eat in the in the plush bar area was an unexpected delight. Swiftly served to pay for lunch and get drinks, the meat and veg- turkey and pork in our case-was enjoyable and value for money.
Very nice and relaxing. Generally we have gone for quick bites or sometimes just for a drink and dessert, pretty much anything and anytime without having to book even on New Year's Eve. It is popular for carvery and breakfast is also great. Don't think you can go wrong by going here and would definitely recommend. Only reduced to 5 stars since sometimes we can't have some desserts on menu.
Very easy to find, located on a corner and easily visible. Food has always been fresh and plentiful, be it an all you can eat breakfast, or carvery dinner. I happily travel a half hour to come here. Price is very competitive and staff very friendly, and the restaurant is spotlessly clean. Top marks.
Nice decor and staff. Will not return due to the ridiculous 45 minute waiting time in a 'school dinner type' queue with only one person serving. It was such a shame as the food was lovely when we finally got to eat it!
