What kind of letting agent after being asked if the landlord excepts pets ,telling them what pets we had. Knowing how much we wanted the house. Gives us a viewing. Husband told them after seeing it we were still interested.He rang them today to be told we didn't get it as we have a dog and the only reason we had a viewing was because of us pestering them. Really bad service!!!!!!
Very pleasant and easy experience with the team at John Francis Gorseinon. I was kept informed throughout and I didnt need to chase which was refreshing and much different from other agents Ive dealt with as of recent. The ladies, in particular Davina, went the extra mile to ensure I felt looked after.
