Gareth Rees Review (Mortgage Advisor)I do not usually write reviews but having experienced Gareths services as a mortgage advisor I felt the need to do one. Gareth was highly recommended through the estate agents at Peter Alan Morriston. I was reluctant about using him as we already had a mortgage in principal from another broker lined up, however we were open to giving it a try. After sitting down with Gareth, it was clear that he was on the same wavelength as us. He has a great approach with his customers and the most impressive trait is his communication skills. Whenever we had a problem or query which needed an answer, if he didnt know there and then Gareth would always find out and get back within an hour or two. I never felt pressured to pester or chase him as I felt comfortable that he was on the case and I thank him for making that part of our property purchase so painless. Great customer service. I was on the market with another agent and hadnt sold so called Peter Alan and initially spoke to their Area Director who answered the phone and seemed like a very professional young man. Nothing seemed like too much trouble and he booked the Manager out to visit me at my house. I have just signed up and already have viewings booked and the photos are so good its made me want to buy the house myself. So far so good and very proactive.
