Poor. Can never get an appointment to see a doctor when ringing in the allocated triage times Monday to Friday. Tried to ring numerous times and nothing. Very disappointed
Been left in pain and dizzy spells because nurse refused treatment as she did not look at my notes or listen to what I was saying. Also refused to accept she has done the same procedure I needed about 2 years ago on me and that I have been having this for over 30 years. Telling me I need to see the doctor and when I asked to see the doctor get told you need to go on a long waiting list for hospital as need surgery for something the nurse could do in 2 mins had she bothered to fully understand what was going on. Compliant made full medical records requested and legal action being taken. What a joke of a surgery no wonder nhs is in trouble.
It is nothing but a joke. I tried to get a appointment in on the 19/02/2018 after ringing and then being put on hold. Only to be hung up on. And then to drive down and to be told I have to ring up. Witch I did 43 times with no answer.Not happy with it. And in result I am changing surgery
Their new phone triage system is good as you don't always have to go and see the doctor. Sometimes the doctor will sort out a prescription just from the phone triage info.
Having recently moved to the area, I registered with the nearest surgery to me. I am so pleased i did as the service and level of care is amazing. Everyone, from the receptionists to the doctors, are pleasant, helpful and thorough.
